Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of CoachClass ("CoachClass", "we", "us", or "our"), a platform that coaching institutes use to manage batches and students, build question banks, run digital mock tests, and track fee payments. By creating an account or otherwise using CoachClass, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Accounts & Roles

• Coaching accounts — a coaching institute registers on CoachClass and is responsible for the accuracy of its profile information and for all activity carried out under its account, including by its teachers.
• Teacher and student accounts — teachers and students are invited or added by a coaching institute and access CoachClass under that coaching's account. A coaching is responsible for obtaining any consent needed to enrol a student, including minors, before adding them to the platform.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

2. Subscription Plans & Payments

Access to CoachClass features (such as the number of students, batches, or mock tests a coaching can create) is governed by the subscription plan the coaching has chosen. Fees for a plan are as displayed on the platform at the time of purchase or renewal. Plans may renew, expire, or be upgraded or downgraded as described on the platform; unless stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.

CoachClass itself does not process payments between a coaching institute and its students. Fee records that a coaching enters against a student are a ledger the coaching maintains for its own bookkeeping, and CoachClass is not a party to that transaction.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use CoachClass only for lawful purposes connected with running or attending a coaching institute.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share, including question bank material.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to another coaching's data, accounts, or any part of the platform's infrastructure.
• Do not use the platform to send spam, or to disrupt or overload its systems.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or your relationship to a coaching institute or student.

4. Content & Data Ownership

A coaching institute retains ownership of the content it creates or uploads on CoachClass, including questions, question banks, batch and student records, and payment entries. By uploading content, a coaching grants CoachClass a licence to host, store, and display that content solely to provide the platform's services. CoachClass does not claim ownership of user content and does not use it for any purpose other than operating the service.

5. Mock Tests & Academic Results

Mock tests, questions, and scoring are created and configured by coaching institutes. CoachClass provides the tools to build and deliver tests but does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or exam-relevance of any question or result generated through the platform. Coaching institutes are responsible for the academic content they publish to their students.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to CoachClass, in whole or in part, if an account is used in breach of these Terms, to protect the security or integrity of the platform, or where required by law. A coaching may stop using CoachClass at any time; a coaching may also remove a student or teacher from its account, which ends that person's access under the coaching.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep CoachClass available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The platform may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

CoachClass is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachClass and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including disputes between a coaching institute and its students or teachers, or the accuracy of academic content created by a coaching.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of CoachClass after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
