Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete from the app

If you can log in, this is the fastest way:

1. Log in to CoachClass and open Profile.
2. Scroll to Delete Account and enter your password to confirm.
3. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion here

If you no longer have access to your account, submit a request below. We'll verify and delete your account and data within 7 business days, and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your profile — name, email, phone, password, and profile photo.
• Your batch/coaching enrollments and mock test attempts and results.
• Support conversations and notifications tied to your account.

Fee/payment ledger entries a coaching institute has recorded may be retained by that coaching for its own bookkeeping and legal record-keeping, as described in our Privacy Policy.
