What is question bank software?
Question bank software stores all your test questions in one organised place, so you can pick from them whenever you build a new test instead of writing or typing the same questions again. On CoachClass the question bank is part of the online test platform, so a question you save can go straight into a mock test.
How are questions organised?
You create subjects, add topics under each subject, and save every question under a subject and topic. Each question also has a difficulty level: easy, medium or hard.
What can a question include?
Each question has the question text, an optional image, its answer options with one correct option marked, a difficulty level and an optional explanation.
Can I import questions from Excel?
Yes. Download the CoachClass Excel template, fill in your questions, options and correct answers, and upload the file (.xlsx, .xls or .csv) to a mock test. The imported questions are added to that test directly; they are not copied into the question bank.
How do I use bank questions in a test?
While building a mock test, search your bank by subject, topic, difficulty or a keyword, select the questions you want and add them to the test, into a section if the test has sections.
Which question types are supported?
Questions are multiple-choice with one correct option. Numerical-answer (integer type) questions are not available yet.
